It was Valentine's day, me and my sister left for Hongkong to tour [and shop **of course!!]
yes, this is Cebu Pacific Manila boarding pass printed on super cheap paper and even tape receipts have better quality **not dissing, I'm just saying ;) |
We have now officially arrived Hongkong
Waiting for the airport tram to immigration and baggage claim
You will never get lost because signs are everywhere and written in both English and Chinese
Now falling in line at the immigration
And because Hongkong is so much into designer labels..
airport clocks are Rolex ;) |
a map and an octopus card |
giant iPhone |
Inside Taste grocery store we discovered all these cute finds..
Aji Ichiban store
I remember when I used to love Esprit but you can rarely find a store in the US so I was really happy to see Esprit and even happier that they have an outlet store here in Hongkong.
To go to the avenue of stars Tsim Sha Tsui station is where you get off from the MTR.
And towards there you will walk by these nice chinese lantern display..
The avenue of stars is like the US Hollywood's walk of fame, but here the only celebrity I actually know is Jackie Chan. We just enjoyed the sight from the waterfront.
Then it was shopping time [which is by the way my favorite thing]..
first stop Jordan
Temple Street night market |
their subway [MTR] is just like our very own MRT |
Next stop was Mong Kok
Ladies Market in Tung Choi Street was a great place to shop for souvenirs. I totally enjoyed all that haggling..
Around the corner, next street is Sai Yeung Choi street lined with clothing stores.
